Please review these terms and conditions carefully before reserving stalls or using Aakar Booking services.

These terms and conditions are effective as of January 1, 2024, and govern all online and offline exhibition stall bookings.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Aakar Booking (aakarbooking) services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms and conditions, you are not authorized to use or access our stall booking platform.
Exhibition Booking Terms
2.1 Booking Process
- All stall bookings are subject to live availability and confirmation by Aakar Booking.
- Booking confirmation and tax invoice details are provided via email and within your exhibitor account within 24–48 hours.
- Full payment or specified advance payment must be completed to lock and secure the stall allocation.
- Stall allocation is final once confirmed and cannot be reassigned without mutual written agreement.
2.2 Exhibitor Responsibilities
- Exhibitors must comply with all venue, fire safety, and exhibition rules and regulations.
- Stall fabrication, setup, and dismantling must be completed strictly within scheduled venue timeframes.
- Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and custody of their exhibits, equipment, and materials.
- Professional business conduct is required at all times throughout the exhibition duration.
Payment Terms
All stall booking payments are non-refundable. Once a stall has been booked and payment has been received, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be permitted under any circumstances, including non-attendance by the exhibitor. Participants are advised to review hall geometry, stall dimensions, and pricing details carefully before making payment. The organizer reserves the right to make necessary operational adjustments to the event layout or schedule without obligation to provide a refund.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All stall bookings are final and non-refundable. Please refer to our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy and Pricing Policy for complete commercial terms on payments, cancellations, and transfers.
Force Majeure
Aakar Booking shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, war, government regulations, power or communication failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability & Insurance
Aakar Booking's total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the exhibitor for the specific booking. Exhibitors are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive insurance coverage for their exhibits, equipment, and personnel.
Intellectual Property
All floor plans, software, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform remain the property of Aakar Booking or respective owners. Exhibitors retain rights to their own brand materials while granting permission to display exhibition-related listings.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The courts of Ahmedabad shall hold exclusive jurisdiction over all legal proceedings.
Modifications to Terms
Aakar Booking reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page, and continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
