All stall booking payments are non-refundable. Once a stall has been booked and payment has been received, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be permitted under any circumstances, including non-attendance by the exhibitor. Participants are advised to review all booking details carefully before making payment. The organizer reserves the right to make necessary changes to the event layout or schedule without obligation to provide a refund.
