Cancellation & Refund Policy

All stall booking payments are non-refundable. Once a stall has been booked and payment has been received, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be permitted under any circumstances, including non-attendance by the exhibitor. Participants are advised to review all booking details carefully before making payment. The organizer reserves the right to make necessary changes to the event layout or schedule without obligation to provide a refund.

• No refunds are issued once stall booking or service charge payment is received.
• Confirmed stall reservations cannot be cancelled or transferred to another company or event.
• Non-attendance or delayed stall setup by the exhibitor does not qualify for any refund or credit.
• Operational adjustments to hall layouts or event schedules do not create a refund obligation.
• Exhibitors should verify hall geometry, stall dimensions, and pricing in the 2D/3D layout viewer prior to checkout.
